What’s New

Version 6.0

New Barcode Scanner Powered by Machine Learning (iOS 13)
Thanks to the latest advancements in machine learning available in iOS 13, Parcel now offers a new barcode scanner that does more than just getting a tracking number from a barcode. It also tries to recognize a carrier based on a package label that you scan.

Support for “Sign in with Apple” (iOS 13)
Sign in with Apple is a great way to create new accounts in 3rd party apps while keeping your personal information private. Not only you can create new accounts in Parcel using “Sign in with Apple”, you can also convert your existing Parcel account if you want to. Parcel does not ask for name, email or password when using “Sign in with Apple”.

Siri Shortcuts
Parcel now has a new Siri shortcut that allows you to see the latest information about your active deliveries. It is very simple to use and you can set it up in the app settings.

Dark Mode (iOS 13)
Not much to say, Parcel supports dark mode in iOS 13 and it looks great.

Support for Contextual Actions (iOS 13)
Now you can tap and hold on a delivery to perform actions on it. You can either track on website, find on map or mark as completed right from the deliveries list. This allows you to save time because normally to access those actions you would need to open a delivery first and then tap on the actions button.

Improvements:
• when you search for a delivery in Spotlight, you can tap and hold on it to see its full history
• delivery status icons in the main list are adjusted in size according to your system font size (iOS 13)
• when there is a suggestion from the app to change delivery carrier, you will see a new icon for that

Best multi-service tracker I’ve tried.

I’ve been a long-time user of Parcel, but when a seller suggested using Arrive, I chose to give it a shot. Arrive does do a better job than Parcel at identifying deliveries, but at the cost of rummaging through all of your email. It did find and identify some deliveries I hadn’t seen, but I think I prefer setting up filters to forward only the delivery messages.

Where Arrive really comes up short is keeping up with delivery status. Arrive shows that a package is arriving today, but is still 160 miles away near Dallas. Parcel shows that the package was put on a truck 10 miles away for delivery. For some packages this is a difference between staying in the office or working from home to accept delivery. The $3/year charge for unlimited deliveries in Parcel is well worth it, especially with the responsiveness of the developer when I’ve encountered issues with forwarded messages.

🏆📦🚚✈️📮 Necessary for any heavy eBay/Amazon user

I've been using this for 3+ years now and couldn't live without it!🏆🏅🎯 It didn't take me long to buy the $2 premium upgrade. In fact I just bought my 3rd year extension (now $3) a little early because it's such a value, I'm afraid they might raise the price further!

I can't even imagine going back to not having this app.😳😱 I always am on top of all my shipments thanks to Parcel, and it couldn't be easier.👍🏼😊 Even the camera label 📷Scanner function is very high quality - yesterday I scanned a USPS shipping label that had been cut in half across the box seam 📦🗡 as I opened it, and I tried closing the box to make the label line up again, and Parcel instantly scanned the correct number! AND I repeated this with a 2nd box with a cut label and it succeeded instantly on that one too! Amazing! 👏🏼👏🏼🎯

Extremely reliable and keeps getting better. The developer either has a legitimate cash flow positive business here, or he's just very dedicated to a hobby app, regardless whichever it is, I've gotten great and intelligent support any time I've contacted with any issues or questions & suggestions. 🙏🏼✌🏼️

If you know a better tracking app than this, please contact me Syclone0044 on G Mail because I haven't been able to find one. This one is so good now, I can't imagine what would be better.

Everything seems fine

I used a tracking app before this one and one day it stopped working so I saw this one and tried it out.

This one has a nice polished look, it keeps track of my packages in a nice easy to read list, lists every movement the package makes, I like how you can view it on a map, and you can instantly load up the package on the regular website in case you don't trust the app.

Seems like it should totally be a free app. But in order to give something as simple as notifications for you on your package, you have to pay $2.99 a year. I know that's not a big amount but it all adds up with all the stuff I'm paying a month or paying a year. I'd rather not pay for such a simple thing. What's more, I wish it were a one time purchase.
