Terrible experience twice!

Overall pleasant experience in the city of london for executive and business cars, but Terrible experience for pre-bookings and early scheduling of XL cars for airport trips. I tired it twice over the past two weeks making scheduled (pre-bookings) airport trips, but in both cases they were canceled with no prior notice. In the most recent experience, which is a trip to Heathrow 5 terminal, I had to be proactive and send a message just to make sure I don’t end up receiving a canceling last minute (as was the case the first time two weeks ago), and as expected, was notified that they can’t confirm the availability of the requested car due to shortage of XL vehicles!
Terrible experience twice!

My favorite benefit of Wheely of the many they offer is the waiting — no need to rush, and no need to wait on the driver either because you wait until the last moment so the timing is right. Just do what you need and the Wheely is waiting for you when you’re ready. I love it!
