Have not been able to access digital issues I’m paying for

Terrible app. I’m not getting what I’m paying for. Not getting any access to my digital issues for ALMOST 4 MONTHS. it’s even more upsetting to see reviews stating poor customer service, and lack of response to paying customers. I can only view old issues in the library, and another problem is if you click to view that same exact issue that you have available from your library from the ‘recent issues’ menu, it prompts you to pay or start trial. I will never renew my subscription with people magazine again.

Digital Issues since renewal only available for price

I have been a subscriber for over 15 years and service is now terrible. Can’t access digital on all Meredith magazine subscriptions and People has not been mailed for 2 month. Paid with check March renewal and was cashed . Their website on account shows as current. Have called several times and emailed. Feel like they just tell they will fix to get you off phone. One woman said their system was down and could not look at account which does not sound right

Difficult to navigate account

I have subscribed to this magazine for over 20 years and recently switched to a digital only version. I don’t know my account information I can’t find my account number because it’s referring me to the paper magazine label which I don’t have. I don’t know if my subscription needs to be renewed none of that information is available in the app and I’m not getting any magazines and no way to contact Support. App FAQs are terrible. I can’t resubscribe and can’t confirm subscription. App needs a lot more work.
