Our financial advisor uses this app, and it is one of the poorest financial apps I have used. Only displays in portrait, which is pretty poor when viewed on a tablet.Setting up accounts was very difficult. Finally discovered a programming bug: Email addresses with a dash (-) are not accepted. Dual factor authentications are sent via email, which arrive after the log in has timed out.Portfolio information is OK, but need to get transferred to web site for more account access and information.Basically not ready for prime time.

The only reason people use this app is because their financial advisors were convinced at some point to connect to it. The app is terrible, it has almost no options for understanding your performance. I used to at least open it to check in on overall totals in my retirement accounts. For the past three weeks, however when I click to open the app, it never gets beyond the initial splash screen. It is simply trash made by bad developers who clearly invest no time in maintenance.

My financial advisor uses this app to communicate with its clients. There has been a recent update to the app where you can filter based on individual account. Great idea except where the filter has been placed on the app it covers the performance statistics which is one of the key indicators I use this app for. Please fix this. I have a screen shot of the issue if you want to reach out to me. You’d get a lot more stars if this issue were fixed.

Application just hangs and I can’t see the login screen at all. It used to work okay 6-7 months ago maybe and i thought developers just need to do bug fixing. I explained this to my advisor and he experiences the same problem. Seeing that last update was made 2 years ago, i lost my hope for this app. Gladly the web app stills seems to function.
