Glitchy notifications

I am required to use MyRepChat for compliant texting. While the app is rather glitchy and many of the features accessible via desktop are missing from the app, the app serves its intended purpose.The most frustrating glitch is that I have a number of perpetual “ghost notifications” indicating unread messages despite all of my messages having been read. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to clear the notifications. I know other MRC users experiencing the same problem. This glitch requires me to remember the number of ghost notifications that always appear in the red dot on the app. Then, when the notification figure exceeds the number of ghost notifications, I know that I’ve actually received a text message.

Their app is constantly glitching. Even with the recent update glitch with all of the AI stuff out there and all the advancements and technology their has to be a better compliant option.

Bug Fixes - Voice calling. Resolved an issue that prevented voice calling from working correctly for accounts with voice calling enabled. Affected users can now place and receive calls as expected. Improvements - Clearer password reset guidance. Updated the on-screen instructions shown during password reset. - Intune registration guidance. Added in-app guidance for Intune users who may have installed the non-Intune version. - Native media picker. Switched photo and video selection to the device's native media picker for a faster, more familiar experience.
