Can’t even log in
Just installed the app in order to start using it. I am already an authorized user with access to the desktop version. But your log in screen indicates my password expired, yet only allows for passwords that are 8-digits. My original password has been 9-digits or more for years, so it will not even accept the current one. After updating a “new” password to a 8-digit one, it does not allow you to move forward. Recent update states you made improvements to your password requirements screen. Well, it’s not working.
Mobile Deposit Great , issues opening app
I love the mobile deposit feature! It works great!
I have had issues opening the app for several months now. If I try to open it by clicking the icon, or searching it on my phone I get the error that “the application used to launch NetX360 is invalid” and it closes out. I can still access the app by launching it from the App Store. Very quirky. I hope you fix that issue soon.
I have an iPhone 6s Plus and I can’t deposit checks since the apps last update. Called customer service and their only advice was to remove and reinstall app which I did 2x but still cannot mobile deposit check.
