I have been hospitalized since February 16th til March 21st with 2 surgery’s and now am home with iv antibiotics with a rare life threatening blood disease , when the bank changed its structure of checking account I became confused sending my Kohls credit card $1,200 and truck payment $5 . Ingred has worked with me and my husband to make it right . She has devoted a lot of hands on 1:1 from my hospital bed she has made me feel secure when I’m fighting for my life she has worked many hours with me no matter what else she has taken on she gave me a personal touch that I cannot ever explain in a review she is a precious employee that makes your bank stand out for exceptional customer care

Have been using this bank for a while hasnt been too bad until the day i misplaced my debit card, thinking i could just lock it throught the app like every other banking app i was terribly mistakened when i thought i did find the feature after 20 minutes of looking through the most confusing settings i found a way to access my card through the alerts section i then pressed “manage card authorization” the app then told me after PRESSING THE OPTION THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME tells me thats i dont have ??permission?? to view the page then i called the bank to see if there was an option to lock it over the phone then it the automated voice told me to download “card vallet” opened the app felt sketchy as soon as I as opened it then went on to put in my card information and bank information just to be told that everything im putting in is wrong(all info coming straight from the actual banking app)but after backing out the app and coming back shows me that it recognized the bank because the design of the card was shown like i logged in successfully already

Gator fever
I love my app. I can bank on the run with my busy schedule and 3 kids! I can deposit checks so easily!! And making a payment is just a touch of a button. I'm so happy our bank offers this! I've convinced others who bank there to do the same!

very soon to be X-SCU Member
Planning on closing my account after being a member for over 20 years, and the only reason is because I absolutely hate this new app. Previously it would show you all pending transactions, especially when you would use your card, and it was instantaneous, now it’s days. I lived in the area so going to the bank was never a hassle but I have moved out of state and had decided to continue being a member, having my payroll deposited there, and continue to pay my bills, I highly rely on the app to show me my most up to date transactions and deposits. Leaving out of state didn’t make me want to close my account but this app did. ✌️out SCU, it’s not me it’s you, thanks for the memories 💸💸💸
