Excessively terrible and doesn’t work 98% of the time
When one has to pay $700 to have access to this service and the app is shoddy at best, you feel a bit (a lot) taken advantage of. I would argue this app is NOT iOS 13 compatible and the developers need to get it remedied quickly!!! It would not work on my XR running iOS 13, but did work (at least once when I briefly installed it trying to troubleshoot) on a X running iOS 12. It worked long enough for me to get registered at another facility. When my XR updated to 13, it locked me out of the app and I had to go through the nightmare of resetting my password, as others have mentioned. The app still doesn’t support FaceID (it has an option to enable TouchID for login). Stop exploiting your users that have no choice but to use your service. FIX YOUR APP!!!
App and overall service is total garbage. App works after first initial download, then after that will not log in (just get loading info message). When trying to login online it says insufficient privileges. Half the time I show up to accounts that use this terrible service I am unable to login due to glitches or errors in GHX product. Reps and the accounts are getting fleeced by this company. I constantly have to call in to get everything reset only to have this happen every other time I try to login, plan visit, or upload credential. SECURE/Reptrax is 100x better.
Have to reinstall at least once a week
This app has problems when you are connected to WiFi while logged in to the app then lose the connection. At least once a week I get a service unavailable message when trying to access the app after I have walked out of a hospital and lost my WiFi connection. It will not recover and the refresh spinning wheel stays up even if I turn off WiFi on my phone. The only solution I have found is to delete and reinstall the app. I have an older IPhone 7.
