My job requires me to be credentialed for multiple hospitals and each one has their own credentialing system. I have 5 credentialing companies I use and GHX is by far the worst I have ever interacted with. From slow or no loading of anything, to requiring me to upload special documents that they've deemed acceptable yet the other 4 cred services have no problem accepting the documents I supplied. Plus if they reject a doc they don't give a reason, you have to guess what it is they didn't approve. Good luck with that, it easily takes 3 hours to get any help and that's if they even respond to you. This is the worst middleman company and they really offer nothing to help but they are very quick to charge the $500 for an account.Judging by the other comments, I'm not the only one experience this. They either need to step up and start caring or just shut down. No doubt they only get business because they have friends high up in administration. I will be so happy when my work stops using them. You should be very weary and ready to be frustrated about everything with GHX.

The only customer support is Indian, unless you can speak punjabi or easily understand super broken English, then you’re not going to understand a word the customer support says to you. What I’ve gathered if you want your documents reviewed quickly for credentialing, if you buy the gold package you may as well consider any possible help from customer service to go out the window. They will just tell you over and over again that being on the Gold package gets your documents reviewed the slowest, and that you need to spend $130 more after already spending outrageous money to get your documents possibly reviewed within 3 hours. Everything with Vendormate is simply about getting you to, someone who doesn’t even want to use this app, to spend more money and they offer little to no help at all when you need it. Good luck understanding these overseas Indians too.

Completely unreliable customer support from this company. They deactivated one of my accounts and when I tried to get back, I had a couple of items that were out of compliance. Once I completed everything and gave them a call, they claimed that I need to wait 48h until they take a look at my account. One of the options they gave me was to “upgrade”, pay 130 more and they will take a look at my documents immediately. Conclusion: they are in just for the money; not for the customer, not for the patient or anyone else… JUST FOR THE MONEY! Those “credentialing companies are another way of “milking” the system… and unfortunately, until a regulatory body will take action, they will continue to take advantage.

If I had a dollar for every time I’ve had to delete the app ( which I wish I could do forever) and download it again because the app won’t load, I’d have quite the nest egg. You can clearly tell that the individuals who make individuals in the healthcare system use this app don’t have to use it themselves. I’ve never written a single bad review in my entire life. Like ever. I’ve never even sent food back at a restaurant but GHX/Vendormate is so aggressively bad that I felt overwhelming conviction to send my worst regards over the internet. For how expensive the price point is, it feels like I just emptied my wallet in exchange for constant blows to shin. Going to the BMV/DMV is more efficient than this credentialing service. Thank you, GHX, for being the thorn in our side that nobody asked for :)
