Until recently, I used this app daily. Now, it won’t load! Is it being ended? I checked my payment details, deleted and reinstalled it… it’s not working. I’m hoping it’s a glitch that will resolve soon!

Continued Buffering

I have been using this app for well over 6 years and recommend it to my staff. With the recent update I have not been able to get it to work. When opening the app — it just keeps buffering. Ive deleted and redownloaded the app, but nothing. I’ve had to resort back to looking up each med in the Hale’s book or calling Infant Risk for support. If this could be fixed it would be 5 stars. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have been using it for years and the program is great. I had issues, but I contacted them and they were able to help me but now it won’t let me update my other review. I do appreciate you guys help I wish I could delete that one.

We're sorry, we must have an issue preventing us from recognizing you as a grandfathered user. We weren't able to find you from your username, but if you email us at support@infantrisk.com we will happily return a refund and restore your grandfathered account--and do our best to prevent it from happening to anyone else.

I’ve been using this app for years. Recently when I open the app, it goes to a blank white screen after about 3-4 seconds. I’ve updated the app, updated my phone, un/reinstalled the app… still happening. I already filled out the support form and am waiting to hear back.
