This app changed my life

I’ve had terrible insomnia due to depression and anxiety for years and I’ve tried medication and even some natural ways to fight it, but this sleep hypnosis is the only way I can fall asleep and stay asleep

Unreal!! From a true insomniac...

This was incredible..I actually slept last night!! I have been suffering from insomnia on and off for years, sometimes up until 6am WITH extremely strong sleep meds-- I was so relaxed and asleep within no time- AND woke up ON MY OWN with no alarm! I have fibromyalgia and have never been able to sleep well-- this was the most refreshed I've ever felt upon waking, and the first time in over 10 years that I a. Woke on my own, b. felt totally rested upon waking, and c. Didn't struggle for a second falling asleep! I'm so excited that I found this app!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! This woman is so soothing!! I can't wait to try it again tonight! 😃

Works Great

I have a really hard time failing asleep and staying asleep. Since I started using this app, I have no problem at all! I love it!
The girl that said it didn't work without having the video on must be confused as to how to use it. I use the hypnosis part and never have to use video to get it to work. It sounds like she has her sleep on to soon on her device. I'm not criticizing her, just trying to help.
