Rachael's voice is so soothing that even if I wake up during the session I enjoy listening to what she is saying. Quite possibly the best meditation I have ever listened to, when my session is done I feel lighter somehow and I've actually had people tell me they cannot believe my age!

I purchased this app and spent quite a bit on the in app purchases. The app was working great and suddenly crashed. It started giving me a message that it could not connect to the server. After experiencing this issue for weeks, I finally uninstalled and reinstalled the app {after trying several other things, including resetting my set work settings} but this did not work. I have am still not able to access any of my purchased medications. This has been a waste of money and huge disappointment!!

The app really helps me to sleep. I can't say that I retain its content despite sleeping as she says I will in the app because I have no way of knowing. I'm not opposed to the idea that the mantras she gives during the hypnosis are in fact somehow retained, it's just that I'm typically either asleep or falling asleep as she gets into the specific topic. I do feel calmed by it and well-rested when I use it.

This is great to fall asleep to.....I'm usually out within 10 minutes...once or twice I've made it to the end, but was still tired....I also bought the weight loss one from them, but that hasn't worked at all.
