Not a bad start

App has a great foundation.
Wish it partnered with Zelle to make money transfer easier.
Also wish their was a feature to lock/unlock your card so that we don’t have to call in for something we should be able to do.
But I do love how everything is up to date. Soon as I swipe my card/make on online purchase I can check my app and my balance is updated. Can’t tell you how many time with my previous bank I thought I had way more money than I actually had because transaction didn’t appear until 3-5 business days later. So as I said. Great foundation for MAFCU app, could just use a little more convenience features

Much improved

I’ve been a MAFCU member for years and have used the app since early on. It’s always lagged behind other banking apps but has been fair. New updates have brought it virtually up to speed. The only feature I’m missing is and integrated Zelle feature. That will make this a 5-star app.

Update is terrible

The old app had minor issues but for the most part, worked as needed. This new update was not an improvement at all. Half the time I am receiving an error message and can’t log in. Other times, it locks up or times out which means I have to log out and log back in. I have reinstalled a few times to see if this will improve but the behavior is still the same. Maybe the app is not compatible with iPhone updates? Not sure where the issue is but it’s so frustrating that after 15 years with this bank, I moved on to another bank. Yes - just because of this app! I only have this account open because of a direct deposit that is still going into the account. So my main banking is with another credit union.
