Achieve your goals by defining the regular activity that will get you closer to them and then tracking it. Whether it's "Write a Book" by "Spend 1 hour writing every day" or "Get Fit" by "Visit the gym 3 times a week", simply defining the actions and watching your progress will help you get there.
Once you've defined your goal, you use Goal Streaks to track the days you work on it. Build up a "streak" by hitting the schedule you define and then try to make the streak as long as possible. Use the daily notification to remind yourself to stay on track.
Goal Streaks lets you:

Thank you very much for the import/export. I have restored my historical data from backup and plan to resume use of this goal app. I have therefore restored my rating to 5 stars. Thanks again!!

I have been using this app for 2 years and had previously rated it 5 stars. I am now in need of exporting/importing the data as I need to do a clean install of my iPhone software. Therefore I am probably going to lose my data. That is a bummer. Beware of this app if you want to keep your data.
Wish you could enter an "0" instead of leaving it blank
I really like this app, but I hate that you cannot enter an "0" in the box, you just have to leave it blank. I track a lot of behaviors, activities and goals and the way it is set up now I have to have two listings for every goal, e.g. "Exercised", "Didn't Exercise" in order to have something to check off. I check off different activities at different times of the day or even the next day and I want to be definitive and make sure I just didn't forget to check something off.
Not doing your goal for 3 days or a week or a month is a streak as well and having to enter an "0" instead of merely leaving it blank seems to me more motivating and definitive than just leaving the box blank.
I also would like to be able to re-set and start anew if I wanted to without having to re-enter everything.
I wrote the developer a year ago and he said he would make these options available or would consider doing so, but never did. I wish he would give the user that flexibility and not have it be dictated by the way the app is set up.
Other than the issues I have listed above, I think this is the best streaks app, but I have to give it only a 1 star because I think consumers mostly only pay attention to the 1 and 5 star reviews and I want this long review read. I would gladly give this a 5 star review otherwise and plan to if changes are made.
Great tool, simple and straight forward
This is a very good tool. I use it daily. It would be even better if there was a way to sync across devices.
Update: while there is still no sync option, this recent update is pretty good. The ability to count the number of marks instead of days is nice.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
