Perfect for ANY timed exercises

I use this app often for exercises! Since it doesn’t depend on you setting a workout within the app, you can apply it to any workout. No scrolling through pre-determined choices without options to mix it up. This makes it the perfect companion for strength, cardio, or HITT!
I use it a lot for jumping rope.
The best part about it (other than that it’s free) is the ease of use! While you can save your own pre-set time sessions specific to yourself, the body of the app is SO EASY to adjust.
This app is a simple, no-frills tool to get the job done. Options are simple and uncluttered, making it easy to get right into your exercise without having to navigate a veritable Candyland of buttons and menus.

Great App

Really great app. I downloaded the app because all the gyms closed due to the coronavirus. I used to box competitively and was in phenomenal shape~ years ago. Still had all the gloves, jump rope, ring shoes and wraps. Along with a big old 100 lbs heavy bag that had seen lots of use. I began with shorter workouts~ 6-3 minute rounds with 1 minute rest. I am now up to 12-3 minute rounds with 30 seconds rest. I named my longest round timer the Coronavirus Heavy Bag Workout 1. Along with basic body weight calisthenics (sit-ups, push-ups, pull- ups) I have been able to maintain and even increase my cardio endurance and maintain my strength during these times.

My automotive workout timer

Great app! I find that boxing is a great way to keep fit. Boxing iTimer helps me time my sparring sessions automatically. Sometimes I set it on 3 minutes/1 minutes rest/12 rounds. When I want to feel the burn, I set it on 15 minutes rounds/2 rounds- (I usually do that when I shadow box).
I use it to time my skipping as well. I actually just completed a gruelling 15 minutes/2 rounds of skipping. With only 5 SECONDS of rest in between; followed with a 15 minutes/2 rounds of shadow boxing with 5 seconds rest.
The app really help with monitor my cardio work, especially during the Coronavirus lockdown.
