Extremely user-friendly, having everything in one place makes setting things up and spreading the word, fundraising, and communicating so much easier!

I think the best part of the app is the link to tech support. They have been so patient through the project. As a senior citizen with some computer experience apparently it wasn’t enough. I found that many of the links on the web page and app did not work or were very difficult to get around which was frustrating. An example was after downloading the logos I couldn’t find the files or they were different than what I thought they were. Also taking a photo with a frame was difficult to navigate. Overall though there was lots of info and aids to help in fundraising. Reward those techs though and thank them all for me

This app has potential but it is grossly inaccurate in logging steps!!! I was walking laps around my pool this AM. I counted 56 steps to make a complete lap. I made 10 laps around the pool which should have recorded 510 steps. I stead, the app only credited me for 294 steps!!! A little over HALF of what I actually did. I also had to stop for awhile and I could not see where it added the additional steps walked later. In that regard, I was very disappointed in the app. Other features showing team information was nice. I hope the step logging feature can be upgraded to accurately record # of steps taken.

The login screen sometimes doesn’t work and it won’t let me access my information. Furthermore, the navigation between the different tabs and buttons is inconsistent/sensitive (I still am trying to figure out the best speed to navigate from tab to tab, and how to click on editing features, etc. The website is far superior to the app and I wish focus would be given to improving the app performance. That’s what’ll make the app 5* in my book.
