Please take every single negative review they’ve ever had with the tiniest grain of salt. By October 15th, 2025 Altra updated their mobile banking infrastructure/design/layout and now….it has tremendously improved for its quality, speed and convenience.I just learned as I type this review that now you can go onto (I am just using mobile version FYI) the app and re-order your accounts! I am still in shock, I even asked about this back in Spring this year and that option didn’t exist, until now.Been with this bank since the near end of college and haven’t left since. A huge shoutout to Carol Ostrom for her professionalism and making my financial dreams come to fruition. So happy with AFCU and all they have to offer!P.S. I currently have two (digital) loans with them (car and personal) and even though it’s the most debt I’ve ever had, paying it off has been the most seamless process I’ve ever taken on which is why it’s being done so swiftly.TY TY TY TY!!!!!!😇⚡️

10/10 I recommend. Allows you to access your financial data very quickly. Informative and easy to navigate. Super simple to send or move money around or if you just need to check your balance. No more stopping at atms.

Love the new functionality on the app. Being able to add tags to transactions to track spending is great. So many good features

New update is all glamor, no functionality. Tried to pay a credit card bill three times. Each time “server encountered an error”. I checked back, two of the payments had gone through. Paid double what I needed to. Never had this problem with the old app. Also, made me create a new password????? Why??? It’s the same system. Now I have a weaker password protecting my money. Frustrated with Altra digital banking team.
