Car was where it was shown to be. Worked well and the app was easy to use. Car was relatively clean. Would definitely use this again.
Car not charged

I reserved this car specifically for 150 km and 10 hours. I found the car with only 30% charge and it was not connected to a charging station, so I had to extend my reservation by 2 hours to charge half way through my trip. I brought this up to MyWheels and they will not compensate me for this. At the end of my trip I was required to leave the far plugged into a charging station, which took me more time as well.
Poor customer service, charged for unusable vehicle

Absolutely terrible customer service and unreliability of vehicles. I made a reservation and the previous driver did not leave the charging card in the car. 10 minutes waiting for customer service to pickup the phone and never answer then be told it was my fault for the car not being usable that day. I ended my reservation immediately and then was still fully charged. Do not recommend.

Useless service

I created a MyWheels account when I needed the service due to an emergency. I was asked for my personal data and documents. A while later I received an email saying that my account was permanently suspended. No reason other than generic possible reasons and no way to appeal or use the service. You should really be more clear about account suspensions, especially if the service was never used before and it's not a duplicate account or similar.
