StageMix is an application for the Apple iPad that provides remote control of Yamaha M7CL digital mixing console functions via a simple, intuitive graphical interface from anywhere within wireless range. The software has been specifically designed to allow engineers to adjust monitor mixes from the performers’ positions on stage, directly controlling mix parameters via the iPad rather than having to rely on verbal directions to a second engineer. The result is better mixes in less time; a huge advantage during high-pressure pre-show setup. Although StageMix is focused on the requirements for adjusting monitor mixes on stage, its range of features is continually expanding, allowing it to be used for a wider variety of remote control functions. Nov update. New Apple update fixed slow connection issues. Sept updateSyncing the console to the tablet is taking over a minute, usually takes less than 10 seconds. I used to be able to walk the whole theatre and mix. Now I can’t get 10 feet away without losing connection and requires constant syncing.Used to be a great app, now it’s pretty useless.M7cl is a discontinued console, but it would be great to still use this app to its fullest extent. Please address!

Very nice job. Took a bit to figure it out but works great. At first it wouldn't sync wirelessly, I had to force the M7 to a 10Mb speed for Ethernet connection. I would love if the software would allow you to set the level for an FX in.

Since I changed to the iPad Mini sixth generation with version 15.5 of iPadOS, unfortunately I have not been able to use the M7CL StageMix application, it remains in synchronization for a long time, connects for 1 minute at maximum and then falls back into synchronization. When will they have a solution to this problem?
