I’ve been banking @ this bank since 2007, and I absolutely love it! They do such a wonderful job, and they do know me by name they treat their customers with respect & care that we deserve & I highly recommend this bank to anybody new to Minot and need a bank! Need to put the credits back on green numbers

Hi I remember I used to see the the credits in green numbers now you don’t see that what happen to it I hate seeing it in black because I don’t know the credits that are coming through out the week.
Disappointed by Overdraft Fee Handling

I am extremely disappointed with this bank’s service.My account was automatically charged nearly $500 in PAID OVERDRAFT FEES without any prior notice or email notification. The bank kept deducting money repeatedly while providing no warning or assistance to prevent this from happening.When I went to the branch in person to resolve the issue, instead of receiving help or a refund, I was simply told that it was my fault, not the bank’s responsibility. This response was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of accountability and customer care.I am a new customer and this is my first time living in the United States. The bank failed to clearly explain overdraft fees, account policies, or provide proper guidance, which is especially important for new customers. The overall support was extremely poor.

App is decent to see bank transactions for checking and savings accounts, but with the advanced technology of 2021 credit card transactions need to show pending instantly. It’s possible as I have other credit cards that update transactions instantly. If fraud or unauthorized transaction happen there isn’t a way to verify this until 2, 3 or 4 days later when you have already forgotten what you charged!
