Knott's Berry Farm 4+

I agreed with the other reviewer the app when you first open it sometimes says no passes! Then I close and open it again and there are my passes! So don’t know why it does that and before they changed the app you could see how many times you have been at Knotts so far but now there are no numbers telling you how many times you have been there! Disappointed in that! Sometimes ride times are wrong and on one visit to the park my app kept saying you can’t see ride times till you are in the park and I had been in the park for 4 hours already sitting in the ghost town and even walking around other sections of the park it kept saying that for hours! Crazy! It would be nice to order food on the app and pay for it then go over to get it instead of waiting in line in the Sun!

When I open the app to see my passes they don’t always show up. This could slow down the line when entering in the park, I bring my actual cards but I’m sure there’s other people that don’t and end up getting stuck at the turnstiles waiting for their passes to show up. Also, it would be nice to be able to order food on the app from places inside the park!

Just updated the app in hopes the fixes would improve the experience, but that is not the case. Passes still don’t load, or if they do, it takes a very long time to sync which is very inconvenient when getting into the park and when trying to take advantage of the discounts in the park (just standing there waiting around for it to hopefully show to scan). Previous seasonal maps like Knotts Merry Farm and Boysenberry Festival maps were great but now you cannot find out where anything is! Used to be able to clearly see on the map what the food/drink items were sold where, but now there is NO WAY to find that info via the app. When you press “view guide” the button doesn’t even work.
