Practice sprint starts and test your reaction time. Tap start, put the iPhone in your pocket or on the starting block. SprintStart will speak the start commands and play a shot. The display will give you the time from the shot to when you start moving. You can change the time from the 'Set' command to the shot.

Purchased the updated version to use the camera interface. The app won’t even ask me to allow the use of the camera. So I went ahead into the privacy -> camera -> and start meter isn’t even listed in the app section. There is a bug here he hasn’t fixed in years. Hopefully the developer will get back to me or I will need my $$ back.
