I used to use be able to run my entire real estate business from my phone. Not anymore! The new update is difficult to navigate on a cell phone. Once in a workstation documents won’t load or continuously reload until I have to force shut down the app. I’ve even attempted to delete the app and download again. No luck. Still the same continuous reloading every time I add a new document. The previous version was so user-friendly and easy to navigate. It seems like the powers that be spent a lot of money on an update that was not superior to the previous version. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it.

Was trash. Is still trash. Antiquated. Feels designed by college students in 2005. The phone support agents, including tier 2–the “backend”—are either uniformed or don’t understand English. There’s a word for the attitude I repeatedly find there… They don’t respect the users. They don’t care if they didn’t inform you that they were revoking access to your docs 45 days before the only written notice. They don’t respond to crucial emails time and time again. A generally horrible company. And now they want me to pay for the service separately from my dues? HAHAHA

It’s 2022 everyone and everything has an app , most work and SHOULD work pretty well, even apps that aren’t an absolute necessity in business like real estate. Well, here you have it, a software that’s pretty vital in real estate transactions, but is worthless . Non stop crashing no matter what you’re doing. Only time it’s ok is on a desktop so make sure you have your laptop with you at all times otherwise you are screwed .
