TFCU: Your Hometown Bank

Tucson Federal Credit Union has consistently provided excellent customer service. I had a serious situation involving fraud. My bank account was wiped out. TFCU handled this effectively and professionally. The TFCU team was able to recover the funds in less than 48 hours. They made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. In regards to obtaining my loan TFCU answered my questions thoroughly which helped me to understand all the details of the loan.I must say I had a great experience.I am very happy driving my CLS55AMG. If you want excellent service from a bank that cares about you I highly recommend Tucson Federal Credit Union. Your Hometown Bank.

Tucson Federal Credit Union has consistently provided excellent customer service. I had a serious situation involving fraud. My bank account was wiped out. So I’ve been a customer for this place for awhile. One thing I really didn’t like, that’s important to anyone saving money is that they would use my savings to cover chargers. No way to stop that. So stopped using this bank for savings.My issue is a few weeks ago I got a NSF for a pending transaction that never completed till funds were in the account. Chat and agent fixes it and tells me that.My main draw to this place was that any charge that would put me negative would be auto denied. Come to today… I’m charged 3, not 1, but 3 NSFs. All for one pending transaction that cleared when my check deposited. Go to chat and the agent tells me to spell sun in Spanish and that he isn’t reversing anything. Escalated but apparently they have no supervisors on staff. So yeah, with that, after 5 years of being a customer of TFCU I am out.I advised doing the same or going to another bank.

VISA and ATM issues

No available ATMs in other states. When I had fraudulent charges on my TFCU Visa card, you guys just said - talk to the credit card company, who really jerked me around for over a month. One person said call a different department and the other department said call the first one back. Then eventually they put part of the money in my checking and gradually put the rest as a credit on my Visa. It took over a month and many phone calls and waiting, listening to your LONG phone message to get it straightened out - with NO help from TFCU.

This app crashes a lot and the Mobile Deposit for checks has not been working for two weeks.
