Makes collecting data easier
Makes collecting data so much easier by having the app on a phone or tablet and not having to compile all the information. Very Helpful to refer to old surveys at a moments notice.
The Only downfall is constant updates and being forced to re log in on your device when you’re in a rush to collect info and you assume you’re still logged in and ready to use the app.
The app used to freeze a lot on my company iPhone 6 device. I thought it was the phone that was the problem because I was having other sort of problems with it. Now I have an upgraded brand new phone and the app keeps crashing, kicking me out or freezing on me. Another problem we have is that my coworkers and myself noticed that sometimes the amount of missions done on our mobile devices won’t show accurately in our managers computer. This is obviously not good because our performance is evaluated greatly on the amount of missions done weekly, monthly and yearly. We love all the other statistic features on this particular software and the shared network it has access to.
We’d appreciate if these issues can be looked at and fixed.
Very slow app
This app is agonizingly slow. It crashes constantly while using the app to do a job. It takes at least 15 minutes longer than necessary to do a job while waiting for the app to open after a crash. Longest was an hour added to a job waiting for the app to open after a crash. Putting my phone in airplane mode made it better but then information on the job was unavailable. It also meant no one could reach me during the job. Nice unless there was a call I was waiting for or an emergency.
I had 24 jobs to complete and missed 4 of them due to the extremely long time it took to reopen the app each time I closed it, moved around within the app or my phone received any type of notification including a low battery warning.
The app used a lot of battery when it was trying to open. I had to carry a battery pack with me on every job.
I hope they fix this app, or the companies I work for get a better app for us to use.
Frustrated that I have to drive 40 miles each way to finish the 4 jobs next week when I was near them but I ran out of time. I could have been done with the project on time and on schedule.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
