I thought something was wrong with my phone but I realized after getting the prompt to turn on location services that this app only works when I have locations services on for this app. Unfortunately the choice is NEVER or ALWAYS, even in the background. NO WAY! My data runs over every month as it is. Why would I allow an app that I might use a few times a year to have access to my location whenever it wants? When I turn off the location services none of the buttons work. Unfortunate. Deleting.

I opened a claim for a creek that has become a dump site and they come back saying not their problem and for me to contact the city. I thought we were all supposed to work together and do our part but these people are too lazy to forward complaints to the right department or even provide a link or a phone number.

This app was recommended to me by the selectman in the town I live in. I created an account and all the while it displayed a busy indicator. When I logged in it just continuously says "Synchronizing" and, even after specifying my town during the registration process, it wants me to select it again when I log in. The app hasn't been updated in 5 years, which clearly shows how much the developers care i.e. they don't.

The app is used in limited areas, if your city/county/state agency uses Maintstar to track labor and equipment, it ties right in and enables a new work order to be created just by a citizen sending a photo and gps data of a problem area.
