Don’t waste your time I purchased multiple magazines one at a time and every time they change the app my issues are gone. Logged in today to find everything over the years gone and no way to get it back nor does customer service care. I was told if I can find the purchase charges from apple they could possibly look into.

App does not restore. Usually contacting will restore but this time no help for almost 2 months with a subscription that renews in the next year. Missing years of previous magazines before 2018. This company should be able to solve the app problem and give the customers what they pay for. Extremely annoying! No way to treat and keep good customers!

This app is terrible!I really want to subscribe to Southern Lady but from past experience I know the app is bad. I bought one issue at a time to see how it would go.Now that I want to use it again everything in my library is gone. The issues I purchased can not be restored. Please fix this app as well as the Victoria app. I really want to subscribe but the apps just do not work!!!
