I’m thoroughly disgusted…since I’ve updated the app magazines I’ve purchased are gone and several recent purchases I haven’t even read yet. I’ve been a customer for years and haven’t been offered any help with this problem. I’ve contacted them directly through the app and nothing has been to resolve this problem. I’ve spent a lot of money purchasing many magazines on the app and they’re all gone.

I have a regular subscription to Victoria Magazine through Apple. Every time a new issue is released I have to contact the terrible customer service at Zinio in an effort to get any issue I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR. This has been going on for at least a year and a half. You would have thought by now they would attempt to remedy this as I know I’m not the only person going through this.

I have been trying for so long now to download any of the magazines that I have subscription too but there’s no support to contact if a person is unable to hear someone and your eyes are your ears!!!I thought the new update would have fix the problem but still unable to receive any of the messages that I have paid for years now.😒#👀are my ears!
