Instructions would be helpful. I’m tech savvy, and still haven’t gotten it connected. I was hopeful that it would work so I did not have to spend $120 to replace a remote to our already expensive bed. :(

Bluetooth doesn’t connect automatically anymore?

When I first started using this app (10yrs ago) with my bed it wood automatically connect the Bluetooth when I entered the bathroom. Now you have to reconnect the Bluetooth every time. What a hassle? They actually made the app worse since I’ve had it .

Love the base, but the app desperately needs development. The Serta Motion Custom is supposed to be their flagship model, but the Serta iComfort Signature's app has lots of features the Custom does not have. 1) A snore button to position the bed to less snore prone position2) A dimmer slide bar to dim the light3) And, most importantly, an alarm that let's you wake to massage and/or raises you up at wake up time. These are all features that can be added through an update on the app. Please unleash the full potential of this bed!
