The site itself is somewhat good and easy to navigate, but when it comes to you spending money in your checking account. That’s where the problem starts. The systems just shows everything is pending, but never gets cleared in time. Account into an overdraft fee being charged. I feel like this is the way the credit union makes money fees because they don’t like to reverse them either. This is something that the credit union truly needs to this fixed any bank that you use when you use your card it is automatically taken out of your account on the other hand, Clark County Credit Union does not do that. It ends up pending amounts that usually stay this way for 3 to 4 days that’s not good when you’re using your card consistently I feel like a day is one thing but three or four days that’s just too much and like I said this is just another drive so that you have to pay them extra money which they shouldn’t be making money off of you for that anyway but that’s the way I feel how about you?

I love being able to check my account on the go. The run down shows all my current transactions and the current vs available balance. This means a transaction or two is still pending. I usually know which so I can subtract and know how much is available. It's easy to transfer funds from one account to another. When they are updating the website, the app won't open, but I just wait a little while and it's back up. This app has an easier log in process than my other banking apps.

I have been overseas for about two weeks and was having trouble accessing my online banking. When I called CCCU they listened, they acknowledged, they cared. I was assured with getting access to my App again and since then I have been able to manage my funds and keep track of transactions in as much real time as possible(remember I am overseas). My app allows me to plan day financially and most importantly know that my purchases will go through with no hassle. Thank you CCCU for being a great partner to me!!!!

Updated immediately when shopping or paying bills; if they see purchases made and frequent out of the ordinary alerts are sent directly to you. It’s easy to understand; you can feel assured that your money is being handled correctly and safely. The in person interaction at your chosen location is helpful in ensuring your account is safe and secured
