Colossal Update!!! This version of Invoice Manager is the biggest update since the first launch of the app. All new layout design for iPhone and iPad. Quick Setting - If you install the app for the first time, you will see the Quick setting screen will appear. It will allow you to quickly add your company's information, choose a template and header style for the invoice, add default tax and add a clipart as a logo. For a custom logo, you need to go to Settings/PDF Customization/Add Logo. Home Screen: - The home screen displays the summary reports with a button that allows a user to create a new invoice. On the iPad, the left split screen is open by default giving access to all functions of the app in one screen. On the iPhone, user will need to click on the menu button to access to other features. The app is only on landscape on iPad and portrait on the iPhone. Menu screen - The menu screen is the split screen on the left where all the buttons previously on the home screen are now located. The menu screen is divided into 4 important sections: 1. Company's and User's informations: Company's info, Customers, Products & Services. 2. Invoice documents (including Sales Receipt, Estimate and P.O) 3. Business tools: to create projects, manage expenses or receipts, Time tracker, cost calculator and live currency converter 4.
