The app is not comparable to other apps. The speed is delayed, it does not pull up info needed. It will also sign you in and then go back to the main screen asking you to sign in again. To get my info I will either have to use the web (which doesn’t work all the time) or call customer service all the time.

Downloaded this app and was thinking I was joining countless others who found the app didn’t work or had to create another account despite having an active one online. Maybe you do need this app but maybe you don’t, keep reading: if you’re a US policy holder, then you need the MetLife US app. This one is the Worldwide Benefits app. I create an account online and logged right into the other app. Just an FYI and I hope this helps! Left 3 stars to remain neutral.

I have found this app very useful while on assignment in Europe. I was able to find my provider on the map and get directions. A huge benefit since I’m newer to this country. Claim submission was not too hard either. Would recommend for anyone on assignment with these health benefits.

Atrocious app. Nothing works. It fails to pull your data and has broken links through out. The only use this app has is to take space on your phone. It’s best to access your information on the website, and that is barely better.
