I registered both via computer and via the app and immediately got two emails, one recommending I download the app and the second saying I’ve been assigned to a mental health provider. Since then, I cannot login because they don’t have you set a password upon registration nor can I set a password because I don’t ever actually get the password reset email. I keep going round and round and getting nowhere. I’m done. I’ll try something that actually works.

I created a Husk Wellness account through IBX. The experience online was also poor. I was not allowed to create my own password. When I tried to use the app, it wouldn’t let me personalize a password and is going to make report “Forgot password.” Does it not allow me to connect my Fitbit? This was seamless with Horizon Blue Cross through Virgin Pulse/Personify. Can I not use the Husk Wellness app? Do I have to go through the IBX app?

I downloaded the app and tried to log in using the same password I use to log in on the browser. I triple and quadruple checked both my username and password. I was not mistyping either one. I had logged in to the browser version half an hour earlier and both worked fine. Not only did the app keep telling me I was entering the wrong info but now my account has been suspended due to too many attempts so I can’t even log in on the browser. I wanted to sign up to a new gym this afternoon using the “no sign up fees” offer. Now I can’t. Total waste of time and cost me money. I wish I’d never downloaded this app.
