So there are lots of great things to say about the Tesla Model 3 performance , such as speed, reliability, technology, and the premium car on the platforms. But the biggest negative and what makes this not worth it is the charging “processing fee” that the third party app charges us. 40% fee for every charge on top of what the tesla charger charges. If we paid the price for the tesla charger sure it is better than paying gas but not with that big hefty fee.

I rented a vehicle in Phoenix the air conditioning in the Tesla did not work. I had to return that vehicle in 120 degree weather not to mention leather seats. I then was given another vehicle with the exact same problem the air conditioning did not work. I live almost 76 miles from the pick up location so I had to drive back to location to return another car at this point I don’t want to rent here. Employee swears he didn’t know and tells me he’s gonna give me discount and put me in another vehicle well the discount never applied and actually upcharged me. This was a waste of time and money I’d never rent here again.

I had a great experience with this ride share car rental company! Their customer service is top-notch with quick responses and real attention to detail. They helped me through the process step-by-step. The employee was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable—absolutely awesome! Highly recommend!

I do highly recommend using this service instead of Hertz Rental or any other rental company if you want to make the best money driving for Uber or LyftPlus their ability to have a full cell driving capability makes driving much more safer and easier
