KINTO 4+

Been renting through KINTO for legit a year and a half. They have not grown as a company in any way service wise. Why are we texting for help? That is so unprofessional and inefficient. Then you don’t know who’s helping you. You go to get your car at a location you don’t live near and the car does not work. KINTO is not checking these cars!!!!! They’re lying about that. And I would know since I’ve been renting this long. A lot of these cars are dirty when you get inside. Damages on the outside. They’re not fixing them either!! Just tried to book a car and it didn’t work. Was clicking when I tried to turn it on. So I paid for a car that they claimed they checked but actually didn’t. Lawsuit. Instead of switching me to another car, they “requested” a refund. Requested? That should be automatic since this car didn’t even make it off the lot. Lawsuit. And then they wanna charge me for a more expensive car, because the cars that we’re seeing on the lot are for “custom reservations”. What is that?! And where’s that on the app or anywhere KINTO related? Lawsuit. Anyways this app is treading on water. And I wonder what uber would think if someone took this further.

We apologize for your issues. We offer 2 reservation types, weekly and custom. With weekly you rent on a weekly basis and with custom they are newer vehicles that you can rent for as little as 4 hours and up to 28 days. Kinto has literally been a lifesaver! Not only are their rates cheap, I can rent a car with full insurance for up to 14 hours. They always have weekly and weekend deals to help drivers earn more! If that wasn’t enough, gas is fully paid for! You just login, fill up if necessary, and drive! Checkout is a breeze: just logout, send photos and you’re done! Oh... and did I mention the cars are locked and unlocked through the app? No keys!

I have enjoyed the incredible customer service and experience of driving with Kinto Share. It’s one of the most cost-effective car rental options around!

If you are a driver of any kind, whether it is an Uber driver or if you want to rent a car for a road trip, don't choose to rent a car with them! Very bad! The doors won't unlock for no reason! They have a repairman, but they don't send a repairman to unlock the door! They will tell you that they are contacting the towing company to tow it back to the parking lot (because that is their policy) and you will be faced with an endless wait and you can't even check out the app! All you can do is wait! But actually I've been waiting for a week and they haven't towed their car back to the parking lot! You can't drive your car to be cleaned because you can't move it, or even get scratched by another car. These are risks you take, and they take money out of your bank! Don't choose to rent a car at their company!

We apologize that you were unhappy with our service. We actually do not have repairmen or on-call mechanics. If for some reason a customer has an issue with the vehicle they rented we offer roadside assistance and towing to return the vehicle back to the KINTO lot. Thank you for your feedback. -Team KINTO
