HOW IT WORKS?
Speech Therapy Step 3 uses 500+ prerecorded video exercises in 50+ categories. These videos encourage children to mirror words’ pronunciation. A proprietary AI algorithm measures similarity between model words and children’s vocalizations. Improvements are rewarded with reinforcers and PlayTime. This technique was demonstrated to improve speech production in toddlers, late talkers (speech delay), children with Apraxia of Speech, Stuttering, Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorder, Dysarthria.
Each video exercise is followed by a word puzzle designed to reinforce learning new words. Improvements in puzzle performance are rewarded with reinforcers and a longer PlayTime.

Speech Therapy Step 3 is developed by a neuroscientist from Boston University Dr. A. Vyshedskiy, Speech and Language Therapist Y. Bolotovsky, a Harvard-educated early-child-development specialist R. Dunn, MIT-educated J. Elgart, and a group of award-winning artists and developers.
Speech 3 now includes complex-language exercises, such as “Take the cow to the elephant,” “Take the bunny to the school,” and so on. In a 3-year clinical study of 6,454 children with autism, children who engaged with similar exercises showed 2.2-fold greater language improvement than children with similar initial evaluations.
