This update makes connections more reliable and fixes several issues on iOS.
Improvements:
- More reliable connections: MobileX now stays connected on slow or unstable networks, reconnects on its own after a server outage, and no longer closes when a connection error occurs.
- If you're offline, login and logout now retry on their own. A countdown and a Retry Now option replace the endless spinner.
- You can now view and export application logs before signing in, which makes connection problems easier to troubleshoot.
- Unit, premise, and asset search results now resize to fit the screen, so the result text is fully visible.
Fixes:
-The Submit and Confidential buttons no longer hide behind the keyboard when you add an incident comment.
-The Attach tab now appears on incidents when your configuration allows attachments, including incidents that don't have any attachments yet.
-Tapping an input field on the Queries screen no longer zooms in and pushes the Submit button off-screen.
