Promo codes never work

I love canal coffee but over half the time they advertise a deal or promotion, even if it says available in the app, there is no way to add the deal during checkout. It makes mobile ordering pointless during a promotion. Just a little frustrating! And when you’re paying for a mobile order with a gift card and have multiple gift cards, it doesn’t show you your balance on the gift cards during checkout.

I like the app and the layout of it is very user friendly. One suggestion is to allow the previous order history to display when purchasing in store and not just for online ordering.Also I don’t see a menu in the app, but maybe because I always drive to my nearest location to order?Hope this helps! ☺️

Good app, but not menu accurate

The app works well and functions as intended. The biggest downside is that they offer all the options for every drink, even if they aren’t actually available. For example, they don’t sell cold brew in decaf. But they will let you order it, and pay for it, and then go pick it up and find out they don’t sell it. Need to make sure to only offer what is sold, in the app.
