I’ve used Glamping Hub’s website several times in the past and have always had a fantastic experience, from the ease of use of the service, to the accommodations offered, to the great hosts. This new app makes using the service that much easier and better. Looking forward to using Glamping Hub for many of my accommodations along my travels.

I was excited when I found Glamping Hub and saw how much lower their fees were than competitors. However, when I sent the booking request for my chosen rental, I could see it for a short amount of time but then it disappeared without saying my request was denied/accepted. There was no trace of there ever being a booking request in archived or anywhere. I was worried this glitch would cause me to be charged and my rental information to be lost, causing me to lose hundreds of dollars. I called their support several times, each time it rang and went to a voicemail which said to leave a message and they would call back, which did not happen. I also sent them a message and did not receive a response from that either. So, eventually I went to VRBO, found the same listing and messaged the owner, who thankfully took care of this and I happily paid the extra fees to book through VRBO and feel like I was dealing with a much more reputable business, and immediately knew I had my rental booked. I definitely would not book through this glitchy app/website, because in addition to my pending booking disappearing most pages would not load or only half of the page would load. I experienced this in both their website and the app. I was really hopeful to find a business with much lower fees, but with as many problems as this had I don’t foresee them being around very long unless they make some major changes and fixes.

This is an amazing resource for a niche type of vacation accommodation. The app is easy to navigate, and I love that I don’t have to scroll through or spend time filtering and refining searches to eliminate the typical listings you find on other vacation rental apps. I’m looking forward to using this app to book our next adventure vacation!

The variety of available accommodations is pretty amazing from tents to cabins to tiny houses and everything in between in both popular and offbeat locations around the globe. Allows you to search by location and date for availability or simply browse if you have more flexibility.
