So I like this app/treadmill. I find it’s very accurate tracking the workout itself. I’ve test the step counter, it registers each physical step I make which is cool, no estimates. I also like that it knows when I’m walking, if I step off while it’s running to grab something or whatever, my workout timer actually pauses till I get back on. That being said, it’s kinda useless for tracking purposes because unless I screenshot the workout summary, that data is lost to the cumulative “weeks progress”. Knowing how much I walked in a week does not help me in my daily activity and calorie tracking. Why isn’t there a way to see my daily summary? Why can’t I see a log of each workout? Also for my daily goals, it only includes kcals and time spent. Again, I want the steps so I know how much I did toward my daily step goal. The app is so close to being good but not including the above info is a huge miss.

This could be a great app, but a good deal more work needs to be done with it. First off, it is extremely slow in streaming the videos. Why doesn’t it have a download option for the videos? I have plenty of space to download so I don’t have to wait for buffering. They cannot be large files because the resolution of the videos that managed to get streamed are very low resolution. Tonight, it failed altogether. It was buffering and buffering and now it just fails to stream any video. So if you enjoy watching a cycling icon for buffering video, this is your app. I have to AirPlay to my Apple TV because there is no Apple TV app. That would had been a natural fit. I have fast internet, everything else is streaming down fast without buffering, so it has to whatever server this app is using to stream the video. Again, why not have a download option instead of streaming? Also why not give us option to listen to our own music? It connects to Apple Health, but does it read your weight? Why not have that as an option so you don’t need to manually enter it? I do like how it syncs with my treadmill. I wish there were more real locations to walk through.

I have a walking pad for my standing desk at work and control the treadmill with my app. It seems to work fine for me for doing the “Free Run” but the app will not sync to Apple Health. I’ve tried multiple different ways to make it work, and nothing. Tried contacting support and they gave me a link to their website where you can download the app but it wasn’t helpful at all. I already have it downloaded. If I didn’t have to manually track my workouts in Apple Health, I’d give it at least 4 stars because it meets my needs.

EDIT:Wow the app has top notch customer service! I emailed them about my issue, turns out the app wasn’t scaled to work with my iPhone SE (smaller screen) so the button the enable permissions was hiding. So they PUSHED A SOFTWARE UPDATE just because of my email and now IT WORKS! Thank you to Vivian and her development team colleague for their outstanding customer service and competency.Original review:To me, the only point of having the app is to automatically write the data from the walking pad into Apple Health. The listing when I bought the walking pad claimed the app could do this, and heavily influenced my purchase. Turns out it was a lie. It is not a matter of granting permissions, this app won’t request access to the Health app in the first place.
