County Recorder
A Map Nerd’s Travel Log
$4.99
County Recorder is a county map app for travelers, county collectors, and map nerds who want a richer way to track where they’ve been.
Color the U.S. county map with your own custom labels, organize counties into collections, and keep notes on the places that matter to you. Whether you’re building a travel record, planning road trips, or exploring geographic patterns, County Recorder gives you a flexible and detailed way to see your progress.
County Recorder works across iOS and macOS with document-based county maps you can keep and revisit over time. On iPhone, it can also automatically track recently visited counties using offline location tracking, with no mobile data use required.
Explore the map from all kinds of angles. Browse by state, county, city, Interstate highways, time zones, border routes, population, elevation, area, urban-rural classification, ecoregions, and Köppen climate zones. Tap any county for deeper detail, then zoom, compare, and refine your map as your travels grow.
County Recorder also includes map export, searchable notes, customizable map colors, and state-by-state rankings for your categories.
Perfect for road trippers, geography fans, county counters, and anyone who loves seeing travel through the logic and beauty of the map.
