It would be ideal to be able to view your schedule in a week view instead of just per day when looking at just one service provider. It would also help to be able to edit an appointment in case certain services need to be added or taken out etc.It’s also very inconvenient that we can’t book an appointment more than a month in advance.

I’m not sure what happened. When I first got the app it was awful and it would barely even load anything and then there was an update that fixed absolutely everything. It was amazing, no lag, no getting stuck loading. It just worked. It was like this for months and then all of a sudden it reverted back and now every week there’s an update that breaks the app. I use it because it’s what my company uses but if I had the choice I definitely would not.

This app is horrible with ios. Version 4.7 will not allow you to receive or price check any items called support known issue but no known timeline to fix. It will work on version 46 but just not for 4.7.
Horrible app! Always crashing

I am a dog groomer, my employer uses this app. I say about 87% of the time when I put in a note and it goes to the “play a game screen” I know it’s going to crash. Lately I’ve been copying the note because there’s no reliability in this app and I was getting frustrated with having to retype everything. I wish my employer never got rid of Daysmart, it was a well oiled machine.
