I’ve been a member of this credit union for 40 years. I will never do my banking or loans anywhere else. Very friendly service, and knowledgeable employees. I would very highly recommend Tri County Area Federal Credit Union!

There are parts of this app that have noticably improved over time like mobile deposit so it's good that they are investigating in the app and I hope someone reads this!There are however some fundemental issues that drive me nuts. For example the app NEVER retains my login preferences. I'd prefer biometrics which is an option in Settings but whenever I try to use it, the app "forgets" the change. I had Instant Balance working for a bit but now it tells me I need to set it up....again.....for the 50th time.... What is the point of having settings and preferences if they never actually stick? I don't know if this is happening anytime they update the app or if this is just a fancy skin over the website but it's incredibly frustrating!

One of the biggest issues for me now is I log into the app with my password I go to do an internal transfer from checking to savings and asked me for my password again I put in my password. It says the password is invalid. I cannot transfer money between accounts. I have to call and get placed on hold for 15 minutes every time I want to do a transfer. Second big issue is I cannot login on my computer anymore. I try to use the password on there and it says it’s invalid and it locked me out but let me use the password on the app. I’ve been a member since 2009. I’m going to Citadel and open up a checking account and going to start getting my checks direct deposit into that account. I’m closing my Tri-County area federal credit union accounts.

The app is very pick when it comes to taking a picture of the back the check for the endorsement. If it is not in the exact spot, although the signature is clearly above the endorsement line, it says it can’t find the endorsement. It takes 4-5 tries sometimes to deposit a check!
