Thanks so much for sharing this, and I’m really sorry for the disappointment. We know how important it is for kids to feel like they’re getting helpful, reliable answers, especially when they’re excited to use the app. Our goal is to provide a safer, age-appropriate experience, which can sometimes mean the responses are a bit more limited than what you might expect elsewhere. That said, this is helpful feedback for us to look into and improve on. We’re continually working on expanding what the app can understand while keeping it safe for younger users. If you’re open to it, feel free to reach out with specific examples so we can take a closer look and better support your experience. Please do send us an email at support@pinwheel.com.

Thank you for this feedback. We're always working to improve the experience and this is exactly the kind of input that helps us do that. We'll make sure this gets passed along to the right team.
