App doesn’t even allow you to view your wish lists. Also, none of my past orders show up. Of course there are improvements bc the last time the app was updated until up these past 2 updates was 1 yer ago. One would think that if you all were going to roll out an update with a new redesign, that users would be ale to have access to past. I know this is the app version, but both this app and the website were a complete joke prior to the update. Is it slightly better now, yes. But while both the website and app have a so called redesign and is new, the search functionality still doesn’t work. This is basic coding. I’ve never had a search feature on an online store be so useless. If you type in exactly what I’m looking for in the search bar that includes the type of animal (cat), the brand, the exact product line and flavor, I get 6 pages of products that includes both cat and dog food. Is it better than the hundreds of pages I used to get…yes…but it’s still a waste of time to try and order items online.

I am constantly redoing the same steps. 35% off first app order would be great if I could get it going. I buy in store when I forget to order from chewy however my rewards only seem to show up in store not online. This app constantly buffers when none of my others do.
Worst app I’ve ever used

I can’t even get through placing a single order because the app keeps freezing. I can’t edit or even view all items in my cart. And even though I finally managed to log in on the app, my cart doesn’t transfer to the website when I log in in my browser. Absolute failure.
