Really poor customer contacts, poor UI, clunky to use

Exceedingly poor customer, contact, database and interaction… You can’t even delete or edit a customer contact from the iPhone app… User interface is poor, need some real work to make it user-friendly.

Update 8/13/24: developer responded saying that you can edit a customer contact from the app, however, that is untrue for imported contacts. You can only edit customers that have been manually added in the app… Any customer contacts that you import cannot be edited.
