Ratings and Reviews
Really poor customer contacts, poor UI, clunky to use
Exceedingly poor customer, contact, database and interaction… You can’t even delete or edit a customer contact from the iPhone app… User interface is poor, need some real work to make it user-friendly.
Update 8/13/24: developer responded saying that you can edit a customer contact from the app, however, that is untrue for imported contacts. You can only edit customers that have been manually added in the app… Any customer contacts that you import cannot be edited.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we wanted to let you know that the feature to edit or delete customer contacts is available in the app. To do this, please navigate to the 'Contacts' section in the bottom menu, select 'Clients,' choose the client you'd like to manage, and then tap on the edit or delete icon.
