A lovely space for rest and reflection

What a lovely little app this is! With how busy and complicated life can be nowadays, it’s so easy to completely forget to take the time to slow down and rest to reflect on the meaningful moments of our lives, and it’s even easier to forget to give the proper recognition and time to those lovely moments in our lives that feel nurturing, healing and genuinely helpful along the path. This app is a wonderfully straightforward and powerfully simple way to practice expressing gratitude, give attention to the things that truly matter to you, and to mindfully engage with the goodness you can find in any day when you make the choice to actively look for it :) Very cute interface and interactive tools as well! I think it’s brilliant how you get to literally “feel” the energy within your affirmations by having to press on the screen while you’re choosing your daily affirmations; it’s a simple little feature, but it’s such an effective one! 5/5
