Multi-System Users can subscribe to multiple systems as a system owner with a single sign on and can select which system they would like to manage with a drop-down menu. Improvement: Gave Owner's the ability to delete their own account. Improvement: GetTime shall only be issued by a Manager/Owner after an unlock action.
