The app saves your payment method sign in once open the app swipe the order CO2 and you’re done. You have 30 days to return your canisters with a prepaid USPS label in the box !! The CO2 is fantastic. Tanks are always full and he just can’t beat the price !!! be smart. Download the app and order your CO2 from Simpli Soda.All these people leaving negative reviews need to get with the program it’s called upgrade your phone. It’s not the app. It’s your phone.

I love the new app. It is so easy to get my refills and I love that it saves all of your information so you don’t have to re-put it in every time. I am also visually impaired and the slide to pay button is fantastic and makes re-ordering so easy. I also found customer service to be extremely friendly and helpful if needed. First, on the positive side, their pricing is good. However, there is so much back-and-forth regarding shipping labels and canisters it gets confusing and burden-some. I think it could be a little better organized and less pettiness with shipping labels and canisters.

What a terrific company. It simple to exchange cylinders with them. Their App really makes it easier than it ought to be. We are expecting another shipment tomorrow.
