Unreliable delays
Rarely works on first attempt! Need to refresh code or drops internet when reconnecting. Does waste time constantly resubmitting multiple requests to complete like now!.

There’s no instructions on how to use the app. It says to scan a number or something, but where does that come from?

We’ve improved the latest version of the ScrambleID app with clear on-screen guidance to make the login process easier to understand.Your company needs to first enroll you for passwordless authentication. Once enrolled, when you log in to a supported application, a QR code or short code will appear on the login screen. Simply scan the QR code using the ScrambleID mobile app to securely log in.We appreciate you highlighting this and hope the updated experience makes getting started much easier.
