Description
Travel around Gwinnett with ease and style using Ride Gwinnett’s microtransit service. Whether it’s a trip to the library, grocery store, or doctor’s office, our Ride Gwinnett app lets you request rides and pay fares quickly and conveniently.
Microtransit is an on-demand shared-ride service currently offered in Snellville and Lawrenceville Monday through Saturday from 6:00am to 8:00pm. All rides must begin and end within the designated microtransit zone. Rides cannot begin in one zone and end in another.
Fare costs $3 per ride, per person, and you can pay using Ride Gwinnett app, MARTA Breeze Card, Token Transit app, or exact change. Drivers will not be able to provide change.
Ride Gwinnett microtransit vehicles are ADA-compliant and can load mobility-aid devices for riders with disabilities.

Ratings and Reviews
Step in the right direction
This is a game changer for people who rely on public transit within the available zones. With the public’s support I bet we will see new areas added in the future. The app is great and easy to use and I can get anywhere within the Lawrenceville city limits. Thank you Gwinnett County!
Terrible booking schedule and service
So originally I was able to book my rides earlier. But now I can’t schedule anything til close to 1 am and I can’t schedule anything until around 12:45 am. You call the bus company and they claim they’re booked when it doesn’t give any options to schedule anything earlier than 6:25 am. It’s inconsistent and they give the run around. So sometimes you end up late for work especially if they gotta pick up another passenger.
Plus the areas are limited you can’t go outside Snellville bounds even if they got two cities close by it’s horrible. They need to improve it.
Expansion needed
This service is not helpful unless it is going to include coverage to every area of Lawrenceville. Services are needed in every subdivision in Lawrenceville. Many homes/communities are excluded and this makes no sense. Riders need to be able to get from their HOMES to the commercial areas, not just ride around heavy traffic areas that are already walkable or easy to canvas once you’re already there.
